Service Booking & Confirmation

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our official website, phone, or authorized channels.

A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.

Bookings are considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their scheduled cleaning service at least 24 hours prior to the service time.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Refund
Policy

If a service is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.

No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or cancellations made at the time of service.

If our cleaning team arrives at the service location and the customer is unavailable or denies access, the service will be treated as completed and no refund will be issued.
Advance Payment

The 50% advance amount is non-refundable in case of same-day cancellation, customer unavailability, or denial of service.

The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the service time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and company confirmation.
Company Right

The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, staff unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

In such cases, customers may opt for rescheduling or a refund of the advance amount.
General Terms

Prices, service scope, and timelines are subject to change without prior notice.

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to comply with all company terms and conditions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office location.
