Our marble polishing process involves professional curing, crack filling, grinding, and high-precision polishing to achieve a flawless mirror-like finish with exceptional gloss and clarity. Unlike temporary solutions such as wax or acrylic coatings, natural stone polishing uses controlled abrasion and pressure to bring out the stone’s inherent shine, ensuring a durable, dust-resistant, and easy-to-maintain surface. This creates a timeless, elegant, glassy appearance that can be restored repeatedly or refinished later to a smooth honed finish for a refreshed look.
We offer professional polishing for marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx floors, backed by a 2–7 year service guarantee. Choose Eurecare marble polishing services for premium stone care, superior floor protection, and a lasting luxurious finish.
Service Overview
A brief description of the Italian Marble Floor Polishing service, including what the process entails and its benefits.
Natural Stone Like Marbles are the style statement for the luxury house,Because of its texture and looks,it gives an aesthetic look to the design of the house. How ever marbles are of mostly two types basically used in India
1:Italian Marble
2:Indian Marble
Though marbles are very costly because of its natural behavior, regular maintenance is the most important part to make it dazzle every time for life long.
With due course of time marble glaze and shine diminish because of the maintenance,as lot of people do the mistake of using the wrong chemical to clean it, They use acid-based chemicals which damage the shine surface of the stone gradually and make it dull, sometimes cracked as marble installation need very professional hand as the joints of the slabs plays a vital role.
Marbles stones as its natural behavior are very porous in nature, anything falls on it ,if it is not cleaned it will penetrate and leaves a residue in terms of mark.Generally, indian people use Wet mop to clean the floor by there maid ,and the caretakers because of less professionalism do not clean the mop regularly and use the dirty mop again and again, for which sometimes the discoloration happens and the water residue penetrates inside the joints .create an unavoidable mark.Which due course of time becomes worse. Sometime for our indian delicacies like Samber, Gravy,Tea, and Coffee fall on the surface and make marks on it as it will penetrate if not attended to immediately.

Which will enhance and prolong the life and look of the marble
We use a specialized German & Italian product to give protection to the Floor, creating a thin film that can protect the surface from wear and tear(like people use screen guards on cell phones)

1: Marble Floor Grinding
⦁ Usually for uneven installation or settling of subfloors results into an uneven floor, this uneven is called slippage.
⦁ Over time scratches are unavoidable in a marble floor. A new marble floor can have floor flatness due to bad installation issues.
⦁ Marble floor grinding eradicates all ledges and roughness and brings flatness to marble floors.
⦁ It removes the deepest scratches and stains too.
⦁ The stones we have bought contain diamonds embedded,Running them against abrasive surfaces such as granite and marble will file down the stone and expose the diamonds therefore the stones will be self Sharpening unless they are used on glass. For softer limestone such as marble or travertine, we’ll need to run the stones at a lower speed or add soapy water to the surface to avoid color transfer

2: Marble Floor Honing
-
0.1-0.5mm thickness may be reduced from the floor by the previous step.
-
This step honing removes visible scratches and stains from the marble floor.
-
It enhances the shine and smoothness of the marble floor.
-
We use with high speed grinders unless it is a variable speed that can run slower than 5000 RPM

3: Marble Floor Polishing
-
Polishing gives shining effect to the marble floor.
-
For marble floors in good condition, polishing is enough to bring back the shine.
-
Dry stone can cut granite and concrete very aggressively due to the higher concentration of diamond. For longer lasting, use slower speed or apply little to no pressure to the polisher when using lower grits.
-
Dry polishing generates more frictions and heat thus running too fast or pressing too hard on the polisher will result in sheering off many diamonds before their useful lives are up.
-
We also supply a turbo grinding cup if you plan to remove a lot of material at lower grit. The grinding cup option may take longer to cut, but is cheaper overall.

4: Buffing with Nano-coat
-
After cleaning the surface we use nano coat chemicals all over the floor.
-
We wait 30 minutes to soak the compound inside the floor, as we know marbles and granites are porus substances.
-
We use nano coat to bind and block the pores to give an uniform surface.

5: Marble Floor Sealing
-
Sealing is an important stage in polishing.
-
Wherever there will be a gap between a joint we have to fill and match it with the color of the floor to increase more evenness . We use Vito, Tenex etc to fill the gap.
-
It's also known as crystallization and healing of marble.

6: Rubbing
-
We do rubbing again with 6 no grit so that the shine can apply in all the places where we have done sealing.
-
We recommend treating the surface with a densifier to fill in all the pores and harden the top layer. Without densifier treatment, further polishing may not make any difference.
-
We supply a two-part densifier that can fill bigger pores and densify and seal the top surface, allowing granite and concrete to be polished to a shiny mirror finish.
-
Densifiers form real stones to fill in the pores of the treated surfaces so they will not melt or burn like wax or epoxy.

7: Grinding the Floor
-
We again use different grits to increase the evenness and the shine of the floor.
-
Such as #1200, #1500 grits. We use lime stone grit for the durability of the polish.
-
In market there are resins grit which is not recommended as those resins will not give long term effect.

8: Buffing the Floor & Apply Nano Coat Again
-
Again we do buffing the entire floor after cleaning to get an adequate smoothness and scratch free floor with 3M 17 inch white pad.
-
We apply nano coat again to give a protective layer above the floor where dirt , dust and water cannot penetrate which give a prolong shine and safety to the floor.
-
And it increases the durability of the floor.
-
We should not use any acid or any acidic contained material which wil burn the protective layer and the polish.
